After participating in one of SPI’s Green Firm Boot Camp Workshops, this global, internationally recognized consulting firm asked SPI to help them go from “random acts” to truly institutionalizing sustainability across their business units. The company provides engineering, architecture, construction management, environmental planning, and economic development services and has over 8,000 employees and offices in more than 40 countries, so this is no small challenge! The company has charted a 3 year path, progressing from “SMART” goal setting and strategic sustainability planning through implementation, measurement and eventually, SPI’s Certification once they’ve implemented the first phase of their plan. SPI is supporting them in this process.
